How does VMI Work?
ROOPESH ENTERPRISES will assign a VMI specialist to manage your parts by identifying, labeling, establishing min./max. and supplying you with a recommended requisition. You maintain control by selecting the approval process that works best for you, e-mail, shopping cart on www.roopeshent.com, or a blanket PO. You will also be able to review and edit orders prior to placing them. We will work with you to design a program that meets your specific procurement or replenishment needs.

Our JIT system yields minimum inventories by having each part delivered when it is needed, where it is needed and in the quantity needed to produce the product. It helps our customer to operate efficiently with the least amount of resources, and thus improve quality & reduce inventory levels & provide maximum motivation to solve problems as soon as they occur.
KANBAN
How does KANBAN Work?
Two bins are placed together, one in front of the other, working in conjunction to provide the same part. Shop floor users are free to pick the parts from bins whenever and wherever they are needed without having to make any stock requests that may slow production. When the contents of the front bin have been depleted by the users, the bins will switch position and these movements are monitored by Kanban operatives who will then automatically order more parts to be delivered to the depleted bin. This on-going process ensures that your shop floor is always stocked with just the right amount of parts eliminating the need for customers to manage and administer their stock.
